Around 70 people were captured after a hotel in the eastern Chinese province of Fujian collapsed on Saturday evening.
The Xinjia Hotel collapsed around 7:30 p.m. (11:30 a.m. GMT) and, according to a statement by the Quanzhou City Government, 23 people were saved by 9 p.m.
The 80-room hotel has recently been converted into a quarantine facility for people who have recently had contact with coronavirus patients, reports the state daily People & # 39; s Daily.
