Adele has just released the most beautiful dramatic video for her new single "Oh My God" and we can't help ourselves. The second single from their new album 30th"Oh My God" is arguably one of the most sonically interesting tracks on the project, and it sounds most like a departure from their previous releases, so it makes sense that the video is just as visually compelling.
In the 15-second teaser video, which was first released on January 6, Adele appeared against a black background and appeared in front of a brightly lit halo, where she wore a full-length dress, white gloves, and a short poncho. The singer shared the video along with a caption that read, “Well rested and hired! I feel ready for 2022, so much is coming, I am looking forward to seeing you all x "
The full video was released on January 12th and between the opera gloves, the real horse and the incredible dancers we honestly don't know where to start. Shot in glossy black and white, it's strewn with Easter eggs and hints of the singer's life and, above all, seems to symbolize that she is ready to break away from her old self. One of the key components of the video is the chair that was featured in most of Adele's previous videos until it was set on fire in the final scene.
Adele shared the video on Instagram, saying, “I got the chance to work again with Sam Brown on 'Oh My God', who directed the 'Rolling In The Deep' video! So working together again a decade later was nostalgic to say the least. We shot this movie the day Easy On Me was released, a million things had happened at once, but the attention to detail from the crew was borderline hilarious – thanks for your patience and summarizing, it was a lot fun 🙏🏻 Even though there was a huge python on set right at the end, I immediately threw my ass out! Big thanks to Harris Reed, Louis Vuitton and The Queens House – Vivienne Westwood for the best clothes for me is singing my & # 39; I & # 39; m a hot mess & # 39; song! ♥ ️ "Check out the full-length video for" Oh My God "below.
