Coinbase and top managers face securities class actions because of the Nasdaq listing
A Coinbase shareholder has filed a securities class action lawsuit against Coinbase for allegedly misleading investors prior to listing about the company's financial condition and resilience as a crypto trading platform.
The class action suit filed Thursday by law firm Scott + Scott in the California Northern District Court named Coinbase shareholder Donald Ramsey as plaintiff, both individually and on behalf of all other investors in a similar position.
