Last April, the Government Technology Agency (GovTech) and several government agencies launched a website where Singaporeans can find details of various grants and funds they might be eligible for.
Known as SupportGoWhere, it is a one-stop portal that lists all of the monetary support packages available for Singaporeans affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Users just need to complete a simple questionnaire to find out which aid programs they are eligible for, including the initiatives recently announced under the 2021 budget.
This simplifies the search process and offers additional convenience, since users no longer have to navigate through the admission criteria of the individual schemes and process them.

For example, the COVID-19 Recovery Grant (CRG) provides temporary financial support for low and middle income workers (both employed and self-employed).
For those who have lost their jobs and / or do not have paid vacation, they can receive up to S $ 700 per month for three months.
In the meantime, those who have lost their income will receive up to S $ 500 per month for three months.
There are also some grants and funds that Singaporeans automatically qualify for, such as the GST Voucher.
All eligible Singaporeans will receive an additional S $ 200 in June 2021 on top of the regular GST Voucher – Cash (each August) to help low-income Singaporeans with their daily living expenses.
As of April 2020, SupportGoWhere – part of the LifeSG initiative – has had 2.5 million visits. Here you can find out which scholarships you are eligible for and where you can apply.
