Some hulu Customers found that the video streaming service on their Apple devices stopped working early in the morning on Tuesday. According to tweets and other social media posts from customers and websites such as DownDetector, Hulu had problems with a larger increase at 5 a.m. in early AM Pacific Time in the U.S.
Hulu confirmed with theinformationsuperhighway that the problems only affected a small percentage of its users on Apple devices like Apple TV and iPhone. The problem is said to have been fixed.
The company's Twitter customer service account has also responded to individual users to find that Hulu developers have made changes to reduce service interruptions, and users who have had problems should also restart their devices to use the To start streaming.
Despite an apparently limited outage, the loss of access to video streaming during coronavirus quarantine prompted a number of users to contact Twitter immediately to post their complaints. In fact, the hashtag #HuluDown is still trending at the time of writing.
