Motorola's unannounced flagship, the Edge Plus, has leaked again, this time in a series of alleged press releases from Evan Blass. Given the amount of information that has already been spilled over the handset, we can't learn too much from the new pictures, but it does confirm some previous details like the 108-megapixel camera, the curved punch display, and the 3.5- mm headphone jack. The new renderings show that the new handset will be available in red and blue.
Internally, we expect the Edge Plus to be powered by a Snapdragon 865 processor, 8 or 12 GB RAM, and a 5,000 mAh battery, based on a recent report from XDA developers. In addition to the 108-megapixel sensor on the back of the phone, two other cameras are expected to be available, a 16-megapixel wide-angle camera and an 8-megapixel telephoto camera. In addition to the Edge Plus, Motorola is expected to launch a step-down model called Edge, which offers less powerful hardware and a 64-megapixel main sensor.

Unfortunately, there is still no word on when Motorola could officially announce the new phones, though each of the renderings indicate a date from April 3 that could indicate either an announcement or release date. It was speculated that the company had planned to announce them at MWC 2020 in February before the show was canceled due to the novel outbreak of the corona virus. With the current pandemic still causing problems worldwide, it is unclear when the coast could be clear for Motorola to make its big announcement.
