The relationship between Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna has been the subject of numerous jokes and tabloid fodder, but there's nothing funny about what the reclusive reality star accuses his child's mother of.
In new court documents received from PEOPLE, Kardashian claims that Chyna threatened him with a gun and tried to suffocate him with an iPhone cable in the months before their separation in 2017.
The incident in question allegedly happened on December 14, 2016, two months before the couple went their separate ways.
"She used my cell phone to turn my friend Victory into FaceTime, and while we were on FaceTime with him, Chyna pointed the gun at me and threatened me," said the 33-year-old in his statement. “About 20 or 30 minutes later, Chyna came into the guest room and was still holding the gun and FaceTimed, my friend Eugene. When we were on FaceTime, Chyna pointed the gun at my head and threatened me. She also threatened Eugene. "

Kardashian later said he believed Chyna was "going to inflict serious injuries on me and I feared for my life."
"I didn't think Chyna's threats and physical assault were funny or a joke, and of course I never agreed that she would violently attack or threaten to harm me," he said, adding, "I believed that she was me could kill on purpose or because she was so drunk / high that she could slip and accidentally shoot me. "
In his file, Kardashian claimed that Chyna was under the influence of drugs and alcohol that night, leading to violence. "When Chyna is drunk and high, she is very strong," he said. "As the night went on and she got drunk, her behavior escalated and she became very violent and aggressive."
Kardashian added that he tried to "give her some space" before she allegedly attacked him with an iPhone charger.
When he later tried to walk with the help of his mother's friend Kris Jenner's friend Corey Gamble, he claims Chyna tried to throw a chair onto his vehicle.
Chyna's lawyer flatly denies the allegations and says the couple at the time had a "rough and flirting time" and nothing more.
"Rob also admitted that he was never afraid for his life and actually thought it was" funny "when Chyna teased him while holding Rob's unloaded weapon," says her lawyer. "The problem for Rob is that there is no trace of evidence to prove his false accusations. In fact, under oath, Rob has admitted that he has not suffered any injuries, did not need medical attention, and did not seek help from law enforcement, ”Chyna's lawyer added. "There was no" violent attack "."
Chyna has also filed court documents requesting sole custody of her daughter Dream . It says that the toddler has suffered several burns under the care of a nanny hired by Kardashian. His lawyer confirmed that two accidents had occurred, but said, "Rob treated Dream properly and Chyna was informed. After an investigation by the DCFS and the police, on which Rob was fully involved, he has every reason to believe that no security issues have been identified in his home. "
