Snoop Dogg believes that female rappers shouldn't rap about their anatomy or sexuality.
During a recent interview with Central Ave, he was honest about Cardi B's hit "WAP" with Megan Thee Stallion. Apparently he thinks it's too explicit.
"Oh dear god. Slow down. Like, slow down. And let's have some imagination," Snoop said of the lyrics. "Let's have a bit of privacy, you know, some intimacy where he wants to find out instead of that you tell him. "
The dog dad says Cardi should "slow down" when talking about her private life because he thinks they are something that should be cherished and kept a secret for the bedroom. For him, "WAP" is the opposite of that.
"It's too fashionable for me, if that's secrecy, that should be a woman … that's like your pride and possessions," he continued, pondering the song. "This is your jewel of the Nile. You should hold on to it. It should be a possession that nobody finds out about until they find out about it."

Snoop has made many songs that have lyrics about sexual acts and sex in general, including "No fun (when the homies can't have one)".
That irony wasn't lost on Snoop, however, as he even acknowledged that he would have loved Cardi's hit as a younger man and maybe even jumped on the remix.
Finally, Snoop said after having a daughter this changed his view of life and he was just older and now saw things differently.
