The Swedish audio brand UrbanEars has launched its first real wireless earphones, the Luma and the Alby. They're humble, but that's understandable considering that they only cost $ 99 and $ 69 respectively.
The UrbanEars Alby is the cheaper of the two at $ 69. For this price, you get three hours of battery life from the earphones themselves and an additional 12 hours from the USB-C charging case. They have IPX4 resistance to splash water and each earphone has a single microphone for making calls. When you get to $ 99, you get longer battery life with 5 hours per charge, a wireless charging case (or USB-C case) that offers 20 hours more, and an extra microphone on each earbud for background noise when calling to reduce. Both bud sets contain touch and voice control and are available in black, green, white or violet.
The $ 99 Luma have better battery life and support wireless charging.
UrbanEars says that both the Luma and Alby will be available this summer.
