Victoria’s Secret 2018 diet plan: Angels eat THIS for breakfast to get catwalk ready

Victoria’s Secret 2018 is taking place this November, with the fashion show heading back to its home of New York.

The show features some of the world’s most beautiful models, showing off the lingerie giant’s wares on the runway.

With the eyes of the world on these models, many of them take part in a rigorous pre-show diet and training regime.

One aspect of this diet is eating certain foods for breakfast, with Angels favouring porridge and protein-packed eggs.

According to, the Victoria’s Secret Angels all stick to pretty healthy breakfasts.

A favourite breakfast amongst the models is porridge, filled with good carbs, slow-release energy and low in fat and sugar.

Dutch Angel Romee Strijd, 22, will have porridge with a scoop of protein or nuts, goji berries, and blueberries.

One of the brand’s youngest model’s, Taylor Hill, 22, also eats the carb-based meal for breakfast.

To balance the porridge out, Taylor will eat a bowl of porridge with a side of protein, such as eggs or bacon.

Another breakfast that is loved by Angels in the run-up to the show is eggs.

Eggs in any form are loved by the models, particularly in an omelette.

Angel Josephine Skriver eats “anything with eggs and veggies in the morning.”

This includes scrambled, sunny-side up or poached eggs.

French model Cindy Bruna also favours eggs, adding them to a big omelette with cheese, onions and tomatoes.

Other breakfast favourites with the angels include fresh fruit, yoghurt and avocado toast.

There’s no doubt that the models’ intensive diet and exercise regime is costly, with many of them hiring nutritionists and personal trainers.

Landing a contract with Victoria’s Secret is one of the most coveted accolades in the fashion world, and the models are very well paid.

Victoria’s Secret is the biggest and most popular fashion event in the world, costing around £9.2 million and with 800 million tuning in annually.

Showing off the wares of lingerie and sleepwear brand Victoria’s Secret, the show has been going since 1995, now in its 23rd year.

With some of the world’s most famous models set to walk this year, how much are the Angels actually worth?
